The newest line from Quintessential Fence is the Aluminum Enclosures.  Although they are primarily for the commercial and industrial market, they may also be used for residential market.  There are no other products available that meet our stringent requirements.  The gate has a patent pending closing mechanism which enable the gate to close and also prevents it from swinging freely which is often how most gates are damaged.
